Adjusting The Metal Strap

Posted on April 21, 2004 by Gary Carruthers

A watch with a metal strap should not be too loose.  Our metal straps can be adjusted by removing or adding links.  This requires specialist watch repairer's tools.

  • Ensure the screws are well tightened when putting the strap back together, otherwise they make shake free.
  • Keep the links and the screws.  You may not always be this watch's only owner.

If you order the watch direct from us, specify your wrist circumference and we will size the strap for you - , and, of course, include the spare links.
